术中穴位按摩对痔疮手术患者术后疼痛发生情况的影响

Effect of Intraoperative Acupoint Massage on Postoperative Pain in Patients with Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的:探讨痔疮手术患者术中采用穴位按摩的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年7月-2018年6月我院收治的100例行痔疮手术患者病例资料,将2017年7月-2017年12月行围术期常规护理干预的50例患者资料组成对照组,2018年1月-2018年6月在常规护理基础上实施术中穴位按摩的50例患者资料组成观察组。比较两组术后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后6h、12hVAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%(4/50),低于对照组的24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行痔疮手术过程中对患者进行穴位按摩可有效帮助其缓解疼痛,同时减少并发症的发生,临床应用效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint massage in patients with hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of hemorrhoid surgery patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 1818 was conducted.The data of 50 patients who underwent perioperative routine nursing intervention from July 2017 to December 2017 were compared.In the group,50 patients who underwent intraoperative acupressure on the basis of routine nursing from January 20 to June 1818 were included in the observation group.The degree of postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6h and 12h after operation(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 8.00%(4/50),which was lower than that of the control group(24.00%).12/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage of patients during hemorrhoid surgery can effectively relieve pain and reduce complications,and the clinical application effect is remarkable.
