针对性护理干预对晚期卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响

Effect of Path Health Education on The Efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:观察针对性护理干预对晚期卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2015年8月～2017年8月我院78例晚期卵巢癌化疗患者,按照入院时间分组,各39例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性护理干预。对比两组遵医行为及自我效能。结果:观察组遵医行为优良率94. 87%(37/39)高于对照组76. 92%(30/39)(P <0. 05);干预后观察组GSES评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:针对性护理干预应用于晚期卵巢癌化疗患者,可改善其遵医行为,增强其自我效能。

Objective:To explore the effect of pathological health education on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:From March 2017 to November 2017,50 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group,and 50 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from December 2008 to June 1818 were selected.For the observation group.The control group implemented traditional health education,and the observation group implemented path-based health education;the treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of path-based health education is conducive to improving the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and improving the quality of life of patients.
