外固定支架联合克氏针内固定对桡骨远端骨折患者术后骨折愈合及腕关节功能的影响

Effect of Standardized Rescue Nursing Process on Rescue Efficiency and Nursing Satisfaction of Trauma Patients in Department of Orthopedics

目的:探究外固定支架联合克氏针内固定对桡骨远端骨折患者术后骨折愈合及腕关节功能的影响。方法:选择我院桡骨远端骨折患者120例,按治疗方案不同分两组,各60例,对照组采用手法复位小夹板固定治疗,实验组采用外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗。对比两组治疗后骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、手背消肿时间及腕关节功能恢复情况。结果:实验组治疗后骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、手背消肿时间短于对照组(P <0. 05);实验组治疗后腕关节功能优良率88. 33%高于对照组71. 67%(P <0. 05)。结论:采用外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,能够缩短术后骨折愈合时间及各症状缓解时间,且腕关节功能恢复效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized rescue nursing process on rescue efficiency and nursing satisfaction of orthopedic trauma patients.Methods:From May 2017 to December 2017,50 patients with orthopaedic trauma were selected as control group,and from December 2017 to June 2018,50 patients with orthopaedic trauma were selected as observation group.The control group was given traditional nursing process,and the observation group was given standardized rescue nursing process.The rescue efficiency and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The evaluation time,ECG monitoring time and intravenous medication time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rescue nursing process has a good effect in orthopedic trauma patients,can improve the efficiency of rescue,improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
