预防性护理对手术室长时间全麻手术患者压疮形成的影响

Effect of Preventive Nursing on Pressure Ulcer Formation in Patients Undergoing Long Term General Anesthesia

目的:探讨手术室长时间全麻手术患者采用预见性护理对其压疮形成的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2017年12月在我院行常规护理的手术室长时间全麻手术患者40例为对照组,并选取2018年1月至2018年6月在我院行预见性护理的手术室长时间全麻手术患者40例为观察组,对比两组压疮形成及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组压疮形成发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可有效减少手术室长时间全麻手术患者压疮形成,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on pressure ulcer formation in patients undergoing long-term general anesthesia in operating room.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2017,40 patients undergoing long-term general anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the control group,and 40 patients undergoing long-term general anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of pressure sores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the formation of pressure ulcer and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing long-term general anesthesia in operating room.
