Four Common Problems with College Advisors’ Work

专业化、专家化误读,提出了"高大全"的辅导员的不科学的标准,辅导员自我加压,压力太大,导致职业倦怠。职业化的误读,幻想辅导员从事一种脱离日常事务管理的纯粹的思想政治教育。心理疏导的误读,导致心理咨询替代思想政治教育现象、带来去意识形态化危险;不区分心理问题、思想问题和价值问题的心理咨询泛化现象、消解了思想政治教育效能;消极心理学滥用现象,导致资源浪费,消弭心理健康教育的功能。

The concepts of specialization and expertization are often misread,in which case unscientific criteria for“highgrade”advisors lead to too much self-inflicted pressure and job burnout.Misreading of the concept of professionalization often leads advisors to entertain the fantasy of carrying out pure ideological and political education free from routine management.Also,psychological counseling is often mistakenly regarded as a substitute for ideological and political education and risks being de-ideologicalized;generalized psychological counseling that fails to differentiate between psychological,ideological and value-based problems dissolves the role of ideological and political education;misuse of negative psychology results in waste of resources and futility of mental health education.
