On How Local Colleges and Universities Can Improve their Aid-and-Educate Work

近年来,党和政府始终高度关心家庭经济困难学生,高度重视学生资助工作,并在国家层面出台了一系列制度和政策,促进高校资助育人工作的开展和完善。地方高校因受到理念落后、资源短缺等多种因素的影响,其资助育人工作还存在资助是资助,育人是育人"两张皮"的现象,因此探索精准资助和资助育人的结合点,是新时期地方高校资助育人工作的新使命。

In recent years,the Party and the Government have shown great concern for students who come from povertystricken families.The country attaches great importance to the providing of financial aid to economically disadvantaged students and has issued a series of rules and policies to regulate and promote the aid-and educate work.Local colleges and universities,confined by backward ideas and limited resources,often fail to combine financial aid with education.This paper discusses how local colleges and universities can perform precise financial aid to needy students and educate them in the process.
