优质护理服务模式在妇产科无痛人工流产术中的应用效果

The Effect of Application of Quality Nursing Service in Painless Abortion in Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的:探讨优质护理服务模式在妇科无痛人工流产术中的应用效果。方法:将573例接受无痛人工流产术的患者随机分为观察组370例和对照组203例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在采用常规护理基础上增加优质护理服务。比较两组患者的术中不良反应发生率和对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者术中不良反应发生率为7.57%,对照组患者术中不良反应发生率为26.60%;观察组患者对护理工作满意度为95.95%,明显高于对照组的69.46%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施全程优质护理服务可显著提高妇科无痛人工流产术中的手术质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of application of quality nursing service mode in gynecological painless abortion.Method:573 patients receiving painless abortion were randomly divided into the observation group(370 cases)and the control group(203 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group was provided with quality nursing service in addition to routine nursing care.The patients’adverse reaction rate during operation and their satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Result:The patients’adverse reaction rate during operation was 7.57%in the observation group,and that was 26.60%in the control group.The patients’satisfaction with nursing work was 95.95%in the observation group,and that was 69.46%in the control group.The differences between the two groups were obviously significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality nursing service in the whole course can significantly improve the quality of operation in painless abortion in gynecology and obstetrics and the patients’satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
