传统金属桩、预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨在口腔修复中分别应用传统金属桩、预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩中这三种技术治疗的临床效果。方法:特选取2017年3月-2018年3月在笔者所在医院口腔科接受医治的150例患者作为研究对象,随机将其均分为三组(50例/组),传统组即为传统金属桩修复组,预成组即为预成纤维桩修复组,可塑组即为可塑纤维桩修复组。对比三组患者术后牙齿修复的临床效果。结果:经治疗后,每颗牙齿处理所消耗的平均时间顺序为传统组(109.24±8.45)min>可塑组(99.68±6.35)min>预成组(60.94±7.58)min,牙齿的修复成功率从低到高分别为传统组(44.00%)、可塑组(80.00%)、预成组(98.00%),任意两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在T1(术前),T2(术后)和T3(4个月后)牙齿牙周袋深度、牙菌斑指数、牙龈沟出血指数三组之间各指标相比(传统组>可塑组>预成组)和不同时间点各指标比较(T1>T2>T3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4个月三组患者术后牙齿松动度情况为预成组优于可塑组优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩技术在口腔修复中效果均优于传统金属桩技术,而预成纤维桩修复效果也优于可塑纤维桩,值得临床推广。
