乌花透骨汤熏洗治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Fumigation and Washing with Wuhua Tougu Decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis of Cold-dampness Obstructing Collateral Type

目的:观察乌花透骨汤熏洗治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年12月门诊部收治的60例膝关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,0.1 g/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组在对照组基础上给予乌花透骨汤外洗,2次/d。15 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。在治疗结束时对患者膝关节功能、膝关节疼痛和临床疗效进行评定。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者膝关节功能、膝关节疼痛情况均优于对照组,且治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌花透骨汤熏洗治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨性关节炎,能明显减轻患者膝关节疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with Wuhua Tougu Decoction on knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness obstruction collateral type.Method:A total of 60 patients with knee arthritis admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsule,0.1 g each time,once a day,orally.The treatment group was given Wuhua Tuogu Decoction in washing on the basis of control group,twice a day.15 days was one course of treatment,and observed for 2 courses.The curative effect of the patients was observed at the end of treatment.Clinical efficacy of the knee joint function,knee joint pain were evaluated after treatment.Result:After treatment,knee function and knee pain in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the treatment group effective rate was 96.67%,the control group effective rate was 83.33%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fumigation of Wuhua Tonggu Decoction in treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold-damp in collaterals can significantly alleviate the symptoms of joint pain and improve the recovery process of joint function.
