苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症43例临床观察

Efficacy Observation of Benzbromarone in the Treatment of Hyperuricemia

目的:探讨苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症临床效果及安全性。方法:对经过以健康教育为主的社区综合干预措施后血尿酸仍高于正常的43例老年患者给予苯溴马隆治疗。结果:43例患者经治疗后,血尿酸水平恢复正常32例,控制正常率74.42%。治疗前血尿酸水平:男性(452.69±43.72)μmol/L,女性(393.12±48.43)μmol/L,治疗后血尿酸水平:男性(381.26±62.41)μmol/L,女性(316.00±66.62)μmol/L;治疗后患者血尿酸水平较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后血白细胞、血糖、肝肾功能、血电解质比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应4例,发生率9.30%,均被患者耐受,不影响治疗。结论:苯溴马隆对高尿酸血症的治疗效果显著,同时有良好的安全性。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Benzbromarone in the treatment of Hyperuricemia.Method:For the 43 elderly patients whose blood uric acid was still higher than the normal level after the comprehensive intervention measures based on health education,Benzbromarone treatment was given.Result:After treatment,the blood uric acid level returned to normal in 32 of the 43 patients,and the control rate was74.42%.Before treatment,the male blood uric acid was(452.69±43.72)μmol/L,the female was(393.12±48.43)μmol/L,after the treatment the male blood uric acid was(381.26±62.41)μmol/L and the female was(316.00±66.62)μmol/L,the blood uric acid were lower than that before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant difference in white blood cell,blood sugar,liver and kidney function and blood electrolytes before and after treatment(P>0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 4 cases,the incidence rate was 9.30%.All patients were tolerated and did not affect treatment.Conclusion:Benzbromarone is effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia,and has good safety.
