刃针对颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Edge Needle in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察针刃治疗颈椎病的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院康复科收治的颈椎病患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组34例。对照组患者采取常规针刺结合推拿治疗,观察组患者采取刃针结合推拿手法治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果和安全性进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,颈性眩晕症状与功能积分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于颈椎病患者,采用刃针治疗可明显提高治疗有效率,使用前景广阔,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of edge needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:The patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with massage,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the knife needle combined with massage,and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,in the observation group,the therapeutic effect of treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,and the symptom and function score of cervical vertigo were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of patients of cervical spondylosis in the pediatric department treated with edge needle can improve treatment efficiency.It is worthy to be spread clinically.
