临床护士自主学习能力障碍因素的质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查分析临床护士自主学习能力的主要障碍因素,以期为护理管理者制定针对性的策略提供参考。方法:采用现象学研究方法深度访谈10名护士,整理、分析所收集资料并提炼主题。结果:临床护士自主学习能力障碍因素可归纳为5方面:学习目标不明确,缺乏自主学习意识;时间精力有限,缺乏自主学习毅力;学习氛围不浓、兴趣不足;学习方法欠佳、有待改进;获取知识的渠道有限。结论:主客观因素均能阻碍临床护士自主学习的提升。护理管理者应强化临床护士自我监督,培养其学习意识,营造良好的学习氛围,同时提供多方位引导,可使临床护士更加自主的学习。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the main obstacle factors of clinical nurses'self-directed learning ability,and present reference for nursing managers to formulate targeted strategies.Method:By using phenomenological research methods,10 nurses were interviewed in depth to regulated and analyzed the collected data and extract themes.Result:The obstacle factors of self-directed learning ability in clinical nurses were summarized into 5 aspects:the goal of learning was not clear and there was no sense of self-directed learning;limited time and vigor,lacked of self-discipline;lacked of learning atmosphere and there was not enough interest;learning methods were poor and need to be enhanced;limited learning resources.Conclusion:Both subjective and objective factors can hinder the self-directed learning ability of clinical nurses.Nursing managers should enhance the self-supervision of clinical nurses,provide a good learning atmosphere,cultivate nurses’self-directed learning awareness,and provide multi-directional guidance to enable clinical nurses to study more autonomously.
