TST治疗混合痔围手术期全程优质护理的应用

The Application of TST for the Whole Course of High Quality Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:分析选择性痔上黏膜切除术(tissue selecting therapy stapler,TST)治疗混合痔围手术期全程优质护理的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年3月行TST治疗的46例混合痔患者,以随机数字表法将其堆积分为对照组、研究组,均23例,对照组给予常规护理,以此为基础,研究组给予全程优质护理,分析比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组术后第3、5天VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行TST治疗的混合痔患者围手术期中开展全程优质护理,有助于缓解患者疼痛程度,减少术后并发症,加速其机体恢复速度,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of selective tissue-selection therapy stapler(TST)in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids during the perioperative period.Method:A total of 46 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated with TST from January 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=23),study group(n=23)and control group(n=23).The study group was given the whole course of high-quality nursing,and the two groups of nursing effects were analyzed and compared.Result:The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course of high quality nursing care for patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing TST is helpful to relieve pain,reduce postoperative complications and accelerate the recovery of the body.
