品管圈活动在血透室护理工作中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in the Nursing Work in Hemodialysis Room

目的:观察与探究品管圈活动在血透室护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6-11月进行常规护理的120例血液透析患者为对照组,2017年12月-2018年1月以品管圈为指导进行护理的120例患者为观察组。比较两组患者干预前及干预后不同时间(1、2、3、4、5个月)的血红蛋白达标率、血压控制效果及遵医行为。结果:干预前两组的血红蛋白达标率、血压水平及遵医行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后不同时间(1、2、3、4、5个月)观察组的血红蛋白达标率高于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:品管圈活动在血透室护理工作中的应用效果较好,对提升血红蛋白达标率及遵医行为均有积极的临床效果,因此应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe and investigate the application effect of quality control circle activity in the nursing work in hemodialysis room.Method:120 patients with hemodialysis nursed with routine nursing from June 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the control group,120 patients nursed with the nursing guided by the quality control circle activity were selected as the observation group.Then the hemoglobin standard rates,control effect of blood pressure and compliance behavior of two groups before the intervention and at different time(1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th month)after the intervention were compared.Result:The standard rates of hemoglobin,blood pressure levels and compliance behavior of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the hemoglobin standard rates of observation group at different time(1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th month)after the intervention were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the compliance behavior were better than those of control group(P<0.05),while the blood pressure levels of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle activity in the nursing work in hemodialysis room is better,and it has active clinical effect for the improvement of standard rates of hemoglobin and compliance behavior,so its application value is higher.
