个性化护理干预对维持性血液透析患者预防动静脉内瘘失功作用分析

Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Arteriovenous Fistula Failure in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:研究个性化护理干预在临床中对行维持性血液透析患者预防动静脉内瘘失功作用的效果。方法:择取2016年2月-2018年3月到笔者所在医院接受治疗的维持性血液透析患者90例,随机分为对照组(n=45,行常规护理)、观察组(n=45,行个性化护理),对比并发症发生情况、生活质量情况。结果:观察组并发症发生率及生活质量评分情况均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行维持性血液透析患者,选择个性化护理干预的效果较常规护理理想,能有效预防动静脉内瘘失功情况的发生,临床价值可观。

Objective:To study the effect of personalized nursing intervention on preventing arteriovenous fistula dysfunction in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=45,routine nursing)and observation group(n=45,individualized nursing).The incidence of complications and quality of life were compared.Result:The incidence of complications and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with maintenance hemodialysis,the effect of individualized nursing intervention is better than that of conventional nursing.It can effectively prevent the occurrence of loss of arteriovenous fistula,and the clinical value is considerable.
