摘要
本研究以实验室保存的嗜热链球菌A107为实验菌种,以AST培养基作为出发培养基,从碳源、氮源、碳氮总量、微量元素、生长因子五个方面出发,对其进行优化,并使用优化后的培养基与初始培养基进行对照,实验结果表明,使用优化后的培养基对嗜热链球菌进行培养相比出发培养基活菌数达到4.2亿,提高了100%,为嗜热链球菌工业化提供了一定的借鉴。
In this research,the Streptococcus thermophilus preserved in the laboratory was used as the experimental strains.AST medium was used as the initial medium to optimize carbon source,nitrogen source,total carbon and nitrogen,trace element and growth factor,then the optimized medium was compared with the initial medium.The results showed that:The streptococcus thermophilus was cultured by the optimized medium,the colony-forming unit reached 420 million/ml,100%more than the initial medium,It provides some reference for the industrialization of Streptococcus thermophilus.
