加强中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系传播路径建设,关系国家的精神文明建设,关系中国特色社会主义的实践创新,影响国家文化安全和文明价值理念的传播。新时代中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系的传播,应积极发挥哲学社会科学工作者在构建主流大众话语中的作用,创新与人民群众日常生活相契合的哲学社会科学话语传播体系,与大众话语形成良性互动。应借助网络媒体传播、建立"议程设置"与政府参与结合传播、打造全方位传播等路径和手段进行积极有效地传播。

Strengthening the constructing publicizing philosophical utterance system with Chinese characteristics in new era is quite necessary to the nation’s spiritual civilization construction,innovation of socialism practice and national culture safety as well as cultural value publicizing.The paper puts forwards several suggestions including playing the role of philosophy operators to construct mainstream mass utterance;building the publicizing system which coordinated with people’s daily life;and forming the positive interaction with mass utterance.Such as getting help from the Internet media,establishing ways to combing the government participation and forming all-rounded publicity approaches to make positive and effective publicizing.
