摘要 "一带一路"倡议下,中国对外文化贸易面临众多重要机遇,如国内文化市场规模扩大、互联网技术发展、文化产业全球分工与专业化深化等。同时,也面临"一带一路"沿线国家市场需求有限、传统文化与商业文化冲突以及文化折扣等挑战。因此,中国应利用"本地市场效应",加强与各国尤其是"一带一路"沿线国家的合作,强化科技与文化产业融合,遵行市场规律,适应汉语国际传播的需要来发展针对"一带一路"沿线国家的文化贸易。政府在做好平台服务、加强知识产权保护、发展数字经济等方面可以大有作为。 Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, China’s foreign cultural trade faces many important opportunities, such as the expansion of the domestic cultural market, the development of internet technologies, and the deepening of global division and specialization of the cultural industry. At the same time, it also faces challenges such as limited market demand from the Belt and Road countries, conflicts between traditional and commercial cultures and cultural discounts in countries along the Belt and Road. Therefore, China should make use of the “home market effect” to strengthen the cooperation among countries, especially the countries along the Belt and Road, strengthen the integration of science and technology and cultural industries, follow the economic and market rules, and adapt to the trend of international spread of Chinese language to develop the cultural trade targeting the Belt and Road countries. The government can do a lot in providing platform services, improving intellectual property protection and developing the digital economy.
