摘要
很多产品表面存在着方向性纹理,这给表面缺陷自动提取工作带来极大的困难。因此,基于图像处理技术,提出一种基于频域滤波的表面缺陷提取的方法。首先,利用Hough变换的方法计算出表面纹理的主方向,由此采用相应的频域滤波器在频域滤除表面纹理信息,最终通过Otsu阈值分割算法和数学形态学处理,提取完整的缺陷。实验结果表明该方法能够有效地提取出表面的缺陷目标。
Many products have directional texture on the surface,which brings great difficulties to the automatic extraction of surface defects.Therefore,based on image processing technology,proposes a method of surface defect extraction based on frequency domain filtering.Firstly,the main direction of the surface texture is calculated by Hough transform method.The corresponding surface domain filter is used to filter the surface texture information in the frequency domain.Finally,the Otsu threshold segmentation algorithm and mathematical morphology processing are used to extract the complete defects.The experimental results show that the method can effectively extract surface defects.
