摘要
对于光纤对中实时检测技术的研究,在传统工业上对光纤对中的方法主要是通过人工对接,费时费力。出于实现自动化的光纤对接目的,从而进行设计工作,采用一种在LabVIEW环境下,调用外部编写的动态链接库,从而实现图像处理。结果表明,该系统的结构简单,实时性好,能够满足客户随调随观测数据的要求。运行稳定,能够很好地满足用户对图像处理结果精确性的要求。
For the research of real-time detection technology of fibre optic centering,the method of fibre optic alignment in traditional industry is mainly through manual docking,which is time consuming and laborious.For the purpose of automated fibre optic docking,carries out the design work by using an externally written dynamic link library in the LabVIEW environment to implement image processing.The results show that the system has a simple structure and good real-time performance,which can meet the requirements of customers with the observation data.Stable operation,can well meet the user's requirements for the accuracy of image processing results.
