尼麦角林联合认知功能训练对非痴呆性血管性认知障碍患者脑血流及认知功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价尼麦角林药物联合认知功能训练治疗对非痴呆性血管性认知障碍(VCIND)患者脑血流及认知功能的影响。方法:选取本院就诊的VCIND患者94例,采用学历匹配后隐匿数字随机法分为对照组与观察组各47例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予认知功能训练,观察组在功能训练基础上联合尼麦角林药物治疗,疗程6个月。统计学分析TCD脑血流速度、蒙特利尔认知评估量表MoCA评分、日常生活能力量表ADL评分的差异。结果:观察组脑血流速度、MoCA评分较实验前明显升高,ADL评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。与对照组同期比较,观察组于实验后脑血流速度、MoCA评分均明显增高,ADL评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:尼麦角林联合认知功能训练能够提高VCIND脑血流流速、改善VCIND认知障碍及生活能力,在VCIND干预中,积极、有效、安全。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of nicergoline combined with cognitive training on cerebral blood flow and cognitive function in patients with VCIND.Methods:94 patients with VCIND Treated in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups after matching education,patients in control group treated with cognitive function training combined with conventional therapy,observated group added Nicergoline on this basis(47 patients),the course of treatment is 6 months.The difference of TCD cerebral blood flow velocity,MoCA score and ADL score was statistically analyzed.Results:In observated group,Cerebral blood flow velocity and MoCA score were significantly higher than those before the experiment,while ADL scores were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group at the same time,the cerebral blood flow velocity and MoCA scores in the observated group were significantly higher,and the ADL scores were significantly lower after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicergoline combined with cognitive training can improve cerebral blood flow velocity,cognitive function and life ability of VCIND.It is active,effective and safe in VCIND intervention.
