摘要
分析了3种芯盒结构对缸盖水套热芯制芯效率与砂芯质量的影响,结果显示:(1)水平分盒结构芯盒的制芯效率较高,但砂芯质量较垂直分盒型差,使铸件容易产生起皮、粘砂等缺陷;(2)分块式结构热芯盒具有良好的抗热变形能力,但结构偏复杂,其后续维护与保养要求较高;(3)整体式结构热芯盒所制砂芯质量稳定,工装易于维护,制芯效率高,可满足大批量生产使用,对同类单体缸盖水套热芯均有很好的参考价值。
The effects of three core box structures on core making efficiency and core quality of cylinder head water jacket were analyzed. The results showed that:(1)The core box in the horizontal parting type had higher core making efficiency,but the core quality was worse than vertical parting type. The horizontal parting type made the castings easy to produce defects such as peeling and sticking sand.(2)The block type structure box had good heat deformation resistance,but the structure was complicated and its subsequent maintenance requirements were higher.(3)The quality of the sand core made by the integral structure hot box was stable. The tooling was easy to maintain,the core making efficiency was high and it could meet the mass production. It had a good reference value for the similar single cylinder head water jacket hot core.
