摘要
采用理论分析及有限元仿真的方法,首先对称重传感器清洗机机架进行静力学分析;之后对其进行模态分析,确定了称重传感器清洗机机架的固有频率和振型;最后研究了外部激励对机架气缸安装部位幅值频率曲线的影响,通过幅值频率曲线确定了称重传感器清洗机机架可能发生的共振频率。
This paper adopts theoretical analysis and finite element simulation methods.Firstly,static analysis is performed on the load cell cleaning machine frame,and then the mode has undergone modal analysis.After the analysis,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the load cell cleaning machine frame has been determined.Finally,the influence of external excitation on the amplitude frequency curve of the cylinder mounting position is studied.Possible resonance frequency of the load cell cleaning machine frame is determined by the amplitude frequency curve.
