基于德尔菲法和AHP法的高校大学生满意度评价指标及模型研究

Evaluation Index and Model of University Students’ Satisfaction Based on Delphi Method and AHP Method

对高校大学生满意度的研究,有利于提升高校核心竞争力的重要因素,有利于促进高等教育事业的改革与发展。本文采用德尔菲法构建了高校大学生满意度评价指标体系,运用AHP法确定了各级指标的权重系数,并制定了高校大学生满意度评价等级,以期为高校大学生满意度评价的合理化、科学化提供有效参考。

College students'satisfaction is an important factor to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities,and conducive to promoting the reform and development of higher education.In this paper,Delphi method is used to construct the evaluation index system of university students'satisfaction,AHP method is used to determine the weight coefficients of all indicators,and the evaluation grade of university students'satisfaction is formulated,in order to provide effective reference for creating a rational and scientific university students'satisfaction evaluation system.
