摘要
乡村小学全科教师的培养是解决乡村小学师资数量匮乏、流失严重的重要举措,是乡村小学教育发展的必然要求。乡村小学全科教师应具备"全人发展"的教育理念、扎根乡村的教育情怀、适应全科教育的知识、注重实践的综合能力等素质。通过培养师范生的职业认同、构建综合课程体系、搭建"三位一体"育人平台、完善质量保障体系等方面加强乡村小学全科教师的培养。
The training of general practice teachers in rural primary schools is an important measure to solve the shortage and serious loss of teachers in rural primary schools.It is also an inevitable requirement for the development of rural primary education.The general practice teachers in rural primary schools should possess such qualities as the educational concept of"all-round development",the educational sentiment rooted in the countryside,the knowledge adapted to general education,and the comprehensive ability of emphasizing practice.The training of general practice teachers in rural primary schools should be strengthened through training normal students'professional identity,building a comprehensive curriculum system,building a"three-in-one"education platform and improving the quality assurance system.
