汉英字幕文化负载词翻译的生态三维转换——以美版《甄嬛传》为例

On C-E Subtitle Translation of Culture-loaded Words from the Three-dimensional Transformation of Eco-translatology ——A Case Study of the Empresses in the Palace

以胡庚申教授的生态翻译学为理论基础,以美版《甄嬛传》为例,探讨汉英字幕文化负载词翻译的三维转换,即语言维、文化维和交际维,并据此提出相关翻译策略,即归化和异化。生态翻译翻译学的三维转换为汉英字幕文化负载词翻译提供了更加广阔的视域。

With the guidance of eco-translatology,this paper discusses the three-dimensional transformation in C-E subtitle translation of culture-loaded words,namely linguistic dimension,cultural dimension and communicative dimension,employing the US version Empresses in the Palace as an example.Based on the analysis in the paper,proper strategies for C-E subtitle translation of culture-loaded words are put forward,namely domestication and foreignization.It can be seen that the three-dimensional transformation of eco-translatology provides a broader perspective for the C-E subtitle translation of culture-loaded words.
