“时间银行”:互助养老模式的可持续问题研究——以开封市Y社区为例

“Time Bank”: Research on the Sustainability of the Mutual Aid Model——A Case Study of Y Community in Kaifeng

社区"时间银行"互助养老模式对于缓解人口老龄化带来的一系列压力有很大帮助。然而通过对开封市Y社区的调查发现,在实施过程中"时间银行"面临着缺少政策性引导服务标准不统一、配套设施不足缺少技术性支持、宣传普及程度不高后继参与者不足、服务内容较为单一缺乏专业护理人才等可持续发展困境。互助养老模式的可持续性发展需要从政府、社区和社会力量等多方面给予有效支持。

The community"time bank"mutual help pension model is very helpful to alleviate a series of pressures brought about by the aging of the population.However,through the investigation of the Y community in Kaifeng City,in the implementation process,Time Bank is faced with the lack of policy guidance,the service standards are not uniform,the supporting facilities are insufficient,the technical support is insufficient,the publicity is not enough,the follow-up participants are insufficient,and the service content is relatively single and lacks professional nursing talents.The sustainable development of the mutual support model requires effective support from the government,community and social forces.
