Sino-Latin Community of Shared Future:Implication,Dilemma and Path

随着中国—拉丁美洲和加勒比国家共同体论坛成立,平等互利、共同发展的中拉全面合作伙伴关系迈向了更高水平。中拉命运共同体有着深厚的理论意蕴,但也陷于诸多现实困境之中,如贸易摩擦的不间断,投资环境的不稳定,拉美人民的认知误解,美国因素的负面影响以及中国与拉美大小国间合作的不平衡。因此,中拉双方应站在新的时代起点上,积极应对挑战,探索构建路径,引领中拉命运共同体之船扬帆致远。

With the establishment of forum of the China-CELAC,the all-round cooperative partnership featuring equality and mutual benefit as well as mutual development between China and Latin-American countries has reached a higher level.The Sino-Latin Community of Shared Future possesses deep theoretical implications,but also faces many practical dilemmas such as constant trade frictions,the instability of investment environment,the cognitive misunderstanding of Latin-American people,the negative influence of American factors,the unbalance of the cooperation between China and Latin-American countries.Therefore,both sides are supposed to stand at the starting point of this new era,actively confront with these challenges,and explore the build path together.
