摘要
为了评估蛋鸡早期体质量,将母体遗传效应列入动物模型随机效应、遗传组协变量列入动物模型固定效应,应用贝叶斯方法估计遗传参数。试验鸡来自白莱航鸡与绿壳蛋鸡F2资源群体,包括亲代、F1代和F2代总计5 538只。经数据整理,去除翅号重复、性别不明、3倍标准差之外个体记录。采用MCMCglmm软件包以贝叶斯方法剖分7周龄蛋鸡体质量表型方差。遗传模型固定效应包括品种、世代效应及遗传组协变量;蛋鸡资源群体7周龄体质量加性遗传力为0.36(95%置信区间:0.27~0.46),母体遗传力为0.05(95%置信区间:0.03~0.07)。蛋鸡F2资源群体遗传评估时应考虑遗传组效应的影响;母体遗传效应影响7周龄蛋鸡体质量,在进行配套系选育时应考虑母体遗传效应的利用。
This study aimed to estimate the genetic parameters of early body weight using Bayesian method with maternal genetic and genetic group effects embedded on the animal model.The data collected from a F2 population,i.e.White Leghorn reciprocally crossed with the blue eggshell chickens.The number of fowls,composed of parents,F1 and F2 generations,were 5 538.The data clean included:1)removing unknown sex records;2)removing outliers beyond three standard deviations;3)removing duplicated records.The variance components of body weight on the 7th week were dissected with Bayesian method using MCMCglmm package.The animal model should contain breed,generation and genetic group as the fixed effects.The additive heritability of 7‐weeks‐old body weight was 0.36(95%CI:0.27-0.46),and maternal heritability was 0.05(95%CI:0.03-0.07).Genetic evaluation on the early body weight for the layer should include the genetic group effect.The maternal effect had an influence on 7‐weeks‐old body weight.In the future,it is better to take the maternal effect into consideration during selection of synthetic lines.
