平顶山市新型职业农民培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers in Pingdingshan City

我国正处在加快现代化进程和全面建成小康社会的关键时期,要发展现代农业,保障国家粮食安全,持续增加农民收入,急需培育大量的新型职业农民。教育培训是提升农民生产经营水平、提高农民素质的最直接且最有效的途径,也是新型职业农民培育的关键环节和基础工作。为推广新型职业农民培育,促进乡村经济振兴。本研究在平顶山市的一市(县级市)三县进行,以问卷调查和实地调研得到的数据为基础,分析了我国新型职业农民培育的基本情况、存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

Our country is in the critical period of accelerating the process of modernization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In order to develop modern agriculture,ensure national food security and continuously increase farmers'income,it is urgent to cultivate a large number of new professional farmers.Education and training is the most direct and effective way to improve farmers'production and management level and their quality.It is also the key link and basic work of cultivating new professional farmers.In order to promote the cultivation of new-type professional farmers and promote the revitalization of rural economy,this study was conducted in three counties of Pingdingshan city.Based on the data obtained from questionnaire survey and field survey,the basic situation and existing problems of cultivation of new-type professional farmers in China were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
