摘要
基于某型平衡炮的弹道试验,研究了不平衡冲量对无后坐力身管武器系统的影响。建立了实体模型并装配平衡体和弹丸,利用有限元分析了阻力曲线并代入编写好的内弹道程序,计算出弹丸与平衡体的运动曲线,将其作为位移荷载导入有限元中,进行了内弹道的有限元分析,进而分析了内弹道过程中的不平衡冲量。根据结果对弹丸、平衡块行程和平衡体质量进行调整,得出不平衡量基本趋于零的结构参数,为无后坐力身管武器的相关设计提供了一定的参考。
Based on the design of a balanced gun to study the effect of unbalanced impulse on the recoilless barrel weapon system.Using UG to establish the physical model and assemble the balance body and projectile,using Ansys to analyze the resistance curve and substitutes it into the internal ballistic program written by Matlab to calculate the motion curve of the projectile and the balance body.Import the motion curve into the Ansys as displacement loading to do finite element analysis of interior ballistics and it analyzes the unbalanced impulse in interior ballistic process.According to the results to make corrections of the projectile,it balances block stroke and balances body quality and gets the structural parameters when the unbalanced impulse is basically zero.Providing some reference for the design of the recoilless barrel weapon.
