Research on SoS Construction Method for Evolution

信息化战场下的作战呈现出任务和环境不确定、要素和关系动态变化的体系现象。针对作战体系的演化特性,从宏观层和微观层提出面向演化的体系构建可以分为体系集成和体系组织运用,阐述其基本含义和解决的问题,分别从概念层的集成本体和技术层的集成模式的角度描述体系集成方法,从顶层的规划框架和执行层的要素组织方法的角度描述体系组织运用方法,并提出军事作战体系构建框架,为未来作战体系的顶层设计提供参考思路。

The operation under the information-based battlefield presents the system of systems(SoS)phenomena that the mission and environment are uncertain,and the elements and relations change dynamically.According to the evolution characteristics of combat SoS,the SoS construction for evolution can be divided into SoS integration at the macro level and SoS organization and application at the micro level.The basic meaning and the problem of solution are expounded.The SoS integration method is described respectively as the integration ontology at the conceptual level and the integration mode at the technical level.The SoS organization and application method is elaborated as the planning framework at the top level and the element organization method at the execution level.The framework of military combat SoS is put forward,which provides a reference for the top-level design of the future combat SoS.
