摘要
开展测控系统作战效能评估,对分析测控系统适应不同环境、探寻测控作战薄弱环节、科学客观评价不同测控系统的作战性能具有重大意义。通过分析设备固有性能、物品方案成熟度及操作人员素质3个方面,构建了测控系统作战效能评估指标体系;通过指标归一化与聚合方法研究,实现了测控系统多指标作战效能评估体系的构建;运用博弈论,进行了动态测控系统的作战效能评估。结果表明,该方法能够评估测控系统的作战效能,具有一定的指导价值。
To carry out the operational effectiveness evaluation of Telemetry Tracking and Command (TT&C)is great significance,which is to analyze that is ability to adapt to different environments,to explore its weak links and to evaluate its operational performance scientifically. Through the analysis of equipment inherent performance,item maturity and operator’s quality,the operational effectiveness evaluation index system of TT&C is constructed. Through the study of the index normalization and aggregation methods,the construction of multi-index operational effectiveness evaluation system of TT&C is realized. Using the game theory,the dynamical operational effectiveness evaluation of the TT&C is carried out. The results show that the method can evaluate the combat effectiveness of TT&C,which has a certain guiding value.
