摘要
本文主要研究了早龄期养护制度对不同胶凝材料组分活性粉末混凝土收缩的影响规律,结果表明:活性粉末混凝土的收缩主要发生在早龄期,3 d龄期前的养护温度越高,活性粉末混凝土的化学结合水量越高,早期收缩应变越大;早龄期采用蒸汽养护的方式,有利于减小混凝土的长期干燥收缩;掺加粉煤灰有利于降低活性粉末混凝土的收缩。
The influence of curing conditions on the shrinkage of reactive powder concrete with different mixing proportions has been studied.The results showed that the shrinkage of reactive powder concrete mainly occurs at early age.The higher curing temperature of reactive powder concrete during the first 3 days,the more chemical combined water content and early shrinkage developed.Steam curing has beneficial effects on the long-time drying shrinkage of concrete.Fly ash can improve the shrinkage of reactive powder concrete.
