摘要
高性能复合材料以其优异的综合性能而成为空间领域理想的结构功能材料。结合某星载产品的研制需求和设计要求,从研制方案设计、成型工艺过程及产品性能表征等方面,论述了螺旋天线单元复合材料支撑件的研制过程。研制产品通过力学环境和温度环境适应性试验验证,性能稳定,能够满足设计和使用要求。
High-performance composite materials have become the ideal structural/functional materials in the space fi eld due to their excellent comprehensive properties. Combining the development requirements and design requirements of a spaceborne product, the process technology of composite material support for helical antenna was discussed from the scheme design, molding process and product performance characterization. The product has been verifi ed by adaptability tests of mechanical environment and temperature environment, and its performance is stable. The product can meet the requirements of the design and use.
