摘要 针对某接收机在生产过程中需手工反复配对的问题进行了自动配对方法的研究。通过射频组件测试数据对接收机进行多通道增益曲线的建模,基于模型提出了一种增益指标优先级可配置的自动配对算法,并在多套接收机的生产过程中进行了验证。验证表明:接收机多通道增益建模方法与自动配对算法合理可行,大大提高了配对效率,可为同类型射频组件配对需求提供参考。 Aiming at the problem that a receiver needs manual matching repeatedly in production, the automatic matching method is studied. The multi-channel gain curve of receiver is modeled based on the test data of radio frequency assembly. A model-based priority confi gurable algorithm is proposed, and has been verifi ed in the production process of several receivers. The result shows that the modeling method of multi-channel gain curve of receiver and automatic matching algorithm are reasonable and feasible, which greatly improves the matching effi ciency, and can provide reference for matching requirements of the same type of RF assembly.
