高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 高校是科技创新的主要力量,但高校创新能力对实体经济的贡献,尤其是对工业发展的贡献却备受质疑。借助于异质性随机前沿模型,构建了高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响的测度模型,基于2006年至2016年的数据,测算了各地区高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响,分析了不同地区的差异程度,识别了其中的关键影响因素。研究结果表明:我国高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响程度普遍偏低,但呈现逐年增强的趋势,东部地区高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响增长较快,而西部地区增长较为缓慢,东部地区各省份之间也存在较大差异,如山东与江苏和广东的差距较大;基础设施、开放程度及人力资本等因素是制约高校创新能力对工业全要素生产率的影响的关键因素。 Colleges and universities are the main force of scientific and technological innovation,while the contribution of innovative capacity from colleges and universities to industrial development has been questioned. Based on heterogeneous stochastic frontier model,this paper constructs a model to measure the influence of innovative capacity of colleges and universities on industrial total-factor productivity. On the basis of this model,the influence of innovative capacity of college and universities is measured on industrial total-factor productivity in different regions,to identify the key influence factors,and analyzes the degree of difference among those regions. Results show that the influence of universities' innovative capacity in China on industrial total-factor productivity is a little low,while it is increasing year by year;the influence degree in eastern region is increasing rapidly,while it is relative slow in western region;there is still a gap in influence degree among provinces in eastern regions,such as Shandong,Jiangsu and Guangdong province. Meanwhile,infrastructure,openness and human capital are key factors restricting influential degree.
