预制板槽型连接装置"是一种新型的预制板连接装置,文章简要介绍了该连接装置的技术方案和设计实例。该装置由左、右搭扣及锚筋、销钉组成,左、右搭扣及锚筋成对预埋于预制板两侧。预制板现场就位后,将销钉插入,浇筑预制板拼缝混凝土,即完成楼板的施工,实现楼板与主体结构的可靠连接。预制板槽型连接装置,制作工艺简捷,施工方式快速,是装配式建筑的创新探索,具有较高的实用价值,可广泛运用于装配式建筑领域。

The groove-type connection device for precast plates is a new one.This paper introduces its technical programs and design cases.This device is consisted of a left buckle,a right buckle,anchor bars and dowels.After the precast plates have been located,the dowels will been put in with concrete poured into precast plates edge joints,which can complete the floor construction and realize the stable connection between floors and the main structure.The manufacturing process of groove-type connection device is brief and its construction can be finished quickly.It is an innovative exploration of assembly buildings with higher value in use,which can be applied widely in assembly building field.
