This paper summarizes the conventional problems for the ground and foundation stage of construction engineering,such as quality behavior,engineering data and engineering site,and then explains in detail and proposes specific solutions with a case.Finally,this paper proposes solutions to the Participating units of quality supervision and management for the ground and foundation stage of construction engineering.
