40年来,如何认知既往成绩和改革开放带来的巨大发展,是需要从观念形态转变和成效收获来印证的。但显然认识改革开放40年的巨大成绩不能缺少从艺术文化领域的巨大变化来观照。在这一时期里,中国艺术文化经历了一个从计划经济向市场经济适应性转变的过程,艺术文化的变化从观念意识到创作贴近生活,以及适应时代风习和服务于人心精神需要,呈现出其依存于市场却更为注重精神情感创作的良好趋向。

Understanding of the past achievements and the significant development that the Reform and Opening Up brought about in the past 40 years needs to be evidenced by the change of the conceptual forms and the achievements.Obviously,the significant achievements of the 40-year Reform and Opening Up cannot be understood well without reflecting on the dramatic change seen in the field of arts and culture.During this period of time,Chinese arts and culture experienced an adaptive transformation from planned economy to market economy so that arts and culture changed from concepts and awareness to the real-life related creation,as well as to adaptation of time and custom and to people’s spiritual needs,indicating a positive trend that Chinese arts and culture need market but still concern the creation of spirit and feelings.
