摘要
中国学派艺术管理理论,就是有中国特色的社会主义艺术管理理论,这也是有中国特色的社会主义社会的内在规定性。中国学派艺术管理理论体系的基础性矛盾,是艺术的精神性、消费的市场性和管理的社会性之间的矛盾,中国学派艺术管理理论体系的基础性逻辑也就是艺术的精神性、消费的市场性和管理的社会性之间的矛盾统一。建立在艺术性、市场性和社会性的辩证统一基础上的中国学派艺术管理理论体系的三大框架模型——类别模型、层级模型和阶段模型,是区别于西方当代艺术管理的特殊结构模型。中国学派艺术管理理论的四大主要特征为:政治为根、三位融合、阴阳之道和以人为本。政治为根是管理制度的方位性特征,三位融合是艺术管理类别、层级和阶段的融合发展特征,阴阳之道是中国哲学和儒释道文化在当代艺术管理中的呈现特征,以人为本则是中国学派艺术管理以人民至上的根本原则特征。中国艺术的世纪大发展,需要以管理创新作为契机,以管理创新作为抓手,以管理创新带动艺术业的创新发展。
Chinese arts management theory is the socialist arts management theory with Chinese characteristics,which is characterized by Chinese socialism.The basic contradiction of Chinese arts management theoretical system lies in the contradiction among the spirituality of arts,the market of consumption and the sociality of management.The basic logic of Chinese arts management theoretical system is the contradiction and unity of the spirituality of arts,the market of consumption and the sociality of management.Three frame models of Chinese arts management theoretical system,namely the model of category,the model of hierarchy and the model of phrase,are constructed on the basis of the contradiction and unity of artistry,market and sociality,which are different from the special structure model of Western contemporary arts management.Chinese arts management theories concern four characteristics:the root of politics,the integration of trinity,the Dao of Yin and Yang,and the people orientation.The root of politics the characteristic of the orientation of management,the integration of trinity is the characteristic of the integrated development of the category,hierarchy and phrases of arts management,the Dao of Yin and Yang represents how Chinese philosophy and the culture of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism are manifested in contemporary arts management,and the people orientation means the basic principle that Chinese arts management prioritizes the people.The century development of Chinese arts should regard managerial innovation as opportunity and position so that it is possible to promote innovative development of arts.
