第三届中国民族民间音乐周以"传承与变迁"为主题,以传承和发扬民族民间音乐,保护、品鉴、探讨最为鲜活的民族民间案例和音乐内容为主旨,为我国民族民间音乐在新时代的传承与变迁、发展与创新、坚守与实践中树立共同的理念和价值认同。该音乐周内容版块主要由学术展演、讲释坊和辨析场三个部分组成。学术展演使我们直观地感受到传统音乐在新时代音乐变迁过程中受到了不同程度的改变和冲击,音乐家们在将其搬上舞台后应平衡好传统与创新的关系;讲释坊为大家介绍了应该从社会中的不同角度看待民间音乐发展和中国少数民族传统与创新的发展关系;辨析场为我们展现了各民族专家们在当代民族民间音乐教育以及当代民族民间音乐创作在当下的实践与创新。本次音乐周内容设计精密广泛,学术思潮高峰迭起,学术辨析前沿创新,为中国民族民间音乐交流与合作搭建了沟通的桥梁。

The third Chinese Ethnic and Folk Music Week,which is themed on“Inheritance and Change”,aims to inherit and promote the protection,identification and discussion of the most vivid cases of ethnic and folk music.It also aims to form a common idea and value identity of inheritance and change,development and innovation,and persistence and practice of Chinese ethnic and folk music.The content of this music week includes academic performance,presentation workshop and debate.Academic performance is the place where we can see clearly how traditional music is changed and impacted in the transformation in the new era,therefore,musicians should balance the relationship between tradition and innovation after staging the music.Presentation workshop illustrates that the relationship between the development of folk music and the tradition and innovation of Chinese ethnic minorities should be investigated from multiple social perspectives.The debate presents us contemporary practice and innovation that various ethnic experts made in contemporary ethnic and folk music education and the creation of ethnic and folk music.This music week is well designed,there were many academic highlights,and innovative discussions were heard.In general,this music week is a bridge connecting the communication and cooperation of Chinese ethnic and folk music.
