农业创业情境、农业创业者精神及其交互关系研究——基于扎根理论的探索

Agricultural Entrepreneurial Situation,Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Their Interactions: An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory

采用扎根理论方法并使用Nvivo11软件作为辅助工具对农业创业者访谈文本进行编码,编码结果呈现出农业创业情境和农业创业者精神两个核心关注范畴,研究者对两个核心范畴内容进行了具体分析,并通过编码矩阵研究其交互关系。最终得出的理论模型构建了农业创业情境和农业创业者精神的具体内容,并验证了农业创业情境和农业创业者精神是能够相互塑造的,促进农业创业要进一步建设农业创业情境、弘扬农业创业者精神、把握其交互关系。

The research adopted the Grounded Theory Method and used Nvivo11 software as an auxiliary tool to encode interview texts of agricultural entrepreneurs.The coding results showed two core areas of focus:the agricultural entrepreneurial situation and the spirit of agricultural entrepreneurs.Researchers conducted two core content categories by specific analysis and studied their interaction through the coding matrix.The final theoretical model constructed the specific content of the agricultural entrepreneurial situation and the spirit of the entrepreneurial entrepreneur,and verified that the agricultural entrepreneurial situation and the spirit of the agricultural entrepreneur can be mutually shaped,and that the promotion of agricultural entrepreneurship requires further construction of the agricultural entrepreneurial situation,the promotion of agricultural entrepreneurship spirit,and the understanding of their interactions.
