摘要
火炮产品零件热处理力学性能能否满足产品零件设计图样要求主要取决于3个因素:设计图样的性能要求、选材以及热处理工艺参数的选择。热处理工艺设计技术要求的满足程度取决于材料选取、零件的规格及形状尺寸、热处理性能要求等多方面的因素,在实际生产中,制定热处理工艺参数是参照传统产品零件的经验数据,对零件心部、标准取样位置性能能否达到其最高要求无法判定。为解决上述问题,选取了4种不同规格的火炮常用典型材料,通过试验找到不同材料、不同规格、不同工艺参数与所能达到的最高力学性能要求之间的关系,以指导工艺编制与产品图样工艺性审查。
Whether the heat treatment mechanical property can satisfied with the technological requirement of artillery product part design paper or not,three factors were key,that was,the property requirements of product design paper,the material selection,the selection of the process parameters about heat treatment.Usually the satisfaction degree of mechanical properties on product part after heat treatment depended on section of the material,size of the parts,shape of the parts,technical requirements for heat treatment and so on.In practice,the heat treatment process parameters were referred to the empirical data of traditional product part process parameter data,for the other cases,for example,whether heart of parts and property of standard sampling position or not cannot be confirmed.To solve these problems,four kinds of typical material for different specifications were selected,through testing,the relationship between maximum of material mechanical property and the part size was found with different materials,different size,different process parameters to guide process planning and process review of product drawings.
