摘要
本文主要研究癸氧喹酯的重要原料4-[(3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯基)偶氮]苯磺酸钠的制备。合成路线以邻苯二酚为原料,经过O-烷基化得邻乙氧基苯酚,再由邻乙氧基苯酚偶氮化反应得到。此法的优势在于所需的实验条件相对较低,收率偏高,使癸氧喹酯可以更高效的合成,符合绿色化学化工的研究方法和思路。
This paper studies decoquinate important raw material 4-[(3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)azo]benzene sulfonate.The synthetic route using catechol as raw material,obtained by O-alkylation and diazotization reaction.The advantage of this method is that the experimental conditions required is relatively low,the yield is high,decoquinate can make more efficient synthesis,in line with Green Chemistry research methods and ideas.
