摘要
众所周知,温度、湿度等环境因素会对胶粘剂的粘接性能产生负面影响。但却有大量的实验研究表明外界温度的小范围变化并不会对处于静态的粘接层造成影响。然而,胶粘剂的实际使用环境都是较为复杂的动态环境,其整个寿命过程都受到动态变化的外力作用。目前,虽然胶粘剂在动态环境中受环境因素的影响的研究还较少,但主流观点认为,动态环境中粘接层的疲劳响应相较于静态环境更容易受环境因素的影响。总的趋势是温度、湿度以及湿热老化引起粘接层承受载荷的循环次数降低,临界断裂韧性值减小,并加速裂纹的出现。
Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity have a negative effect on the adhesive properties of adhesives.However,a large number of experimental studies have shown that a small range of temperature changes will not affect the bonding layer in a static environment.The reality of adhesives is usually a complex dynamic system,the whole life is subject to pressure.At present,although there are few studies on the influence of environmental factors on adhesive in dynamic system,the mainstream view is that the fatigue response of adhesive layer in dynamic system is more susceptible to external environmental factors than in static system.The general trend is that the wet-heat aging decreases the number of times the bonding layer is subjected to load,decreases the critical fracture toughness,and advances the crack initiation time.
