摘要
因比表面积大、孔道均匀、吸附能力强,分子筛材料在工业催化、离子交换和气体吸附分离等领域应用广泛。受结构的限制,传统分子筛材料表面催化活性位数量和活性均较低,严重影响其在催化反应中的应用效果。分子筛结构中引入杂原子,改变分子筛的骨架组成,不仅可显著增加分子筛的催化活性位点,提高其催化活性,还赋予分子筛特殊的催化性能,拓宽其应用领域。文章全面综述杂原子的合成工艺、特点及应用现状。
Molecular sieve materials are widely used in industrial catalysis,ion exchange and gas adsorption and separation because of their large specific surface area,uniform pore channels and strong adsorption capacity.Restricted by the structure,the number and activity of the surface active sites of the traditional zeolite materials are low,which seriously affects their application in catalytic reactions.The introduction of heteroatoms into the molecular sieve structure and the change of the framework composition of the molecular sieve can not only significantly increase the catalytic active sites of the molecular sieve and improve its catalytic activity,but also give the molecular sieve special catalytic performance and broaden its application fields.The synthesis technology,characteristics and application status of hetero atoms are reviewed in this paper.
