摘要 玉米在我国是非常重要的粮食作物,其种植面积和总产量仅次于水稻和小麦。玉米作为农业生产的主要原料,其用途需求稳定,但仍难以消化过剩的供给。所以,提高玉米的利用率成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。近红外光谱分析技术具有操作简单、准确,在短时间内能够分析大量的样本,检测样品时无需制备样品,更不会破坏其成分等特点可以消除传统方法测量玉米成分时的弊端。本文利用近红外光谱分析技术对数十种玉米的成分进行快速检测并对玉米成分构建合理的模型,从而分析不同品种玉米之间的差异,以便于满足玉米在不同行业中的应用需求。 Corn is a very important food crop in China,its planting area and total yield are only inferior to rice and wheat.Corn is the main raw material for agricultural production,its use demand is stable,but it is still difficult to digest the excess supply.Therefore,improving the utilization ratio of maize has become an urgent problem to be solved.Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is a simple and accurate method,which can analyze a large number of samples in a short time.It is not necessary to prepare samples for testing samples,and it will not destroy their components.In this paper,near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)was used to detect the components of dozens of maize and to construct a reasonable model of maize components,so as to analyze the differences between different maize varieties,so as to meet the application needs of Maize in different industries.
