新形势下高职精细化工专业人才培养模式的创新研究 被引量:1

摘要 精细化工作为世界化学工业发展的战略重点之一,其发展水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家或地区化工发展水平的主要标志之一。面对市场经济形势的不断变化,企业对人才的需求也发生了不同程度的变化,传统的人才培养模式已不能适应时代的需求,如何创新人才培养模式,培养出社会所需要的人才已成为高职院校的研究重点。本文将从培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍、教学资源库、学生考核评价体系等几个方面,系统研究人才培养模式,目的是通过研究最终形成一套适用于新时代要求的新型的精细化工人才培养模式,为高职类院校进行教学改革提供依据。 Fine chemical engineering,as one of the strategic emphases of the development of chemical industry in the world,the level of it has become one of the main symbols to measure the development level of chemical industry in a country or region.Faced with the constant changes of the market economy,the demand of enterprises for talents has also changed to different degrees.The traditional talent training mode can no longer meet the needs of The Times.How to innovate the talent training mode and cultivate the talents needed by the society has become the research focus of higher vocational colleges.This article will analysis the talents training mode in several aspects such as training target,course system,teaching staff,teaching resource,student assessment evaluation system and so on.The purpose is to form a new talents training mode to adapt to the new era.The new mode can provide the basis for teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
