Young teachers in universities are a kind of people who are young and energetic,and have good theoretical background and high flexibility.A reasonable cultivation method plays a significant role in both the cultivation of the teaching and scientific research abilities of young teachers and the development of the universities.The characteristics of young teachers in universities were analyzed.How to settle and improve the cultivation method was also discussed to provide effective suggestions for the cultivation and development of young teachers in this paper.
